Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant, who was involved in a serious car accident in December, is now recovering and has praised the individuals who saved his life during the incident.
Rishabh Pant, an Indian cricketer, was injured in a car accident on December 30th, where he was driving alone in his Mercedes GLE.
His car hit railings on the highway between Delhi and Haridwar, flipped twice, and caught fire.
According to police, he lost control of the car after dozing off behind the wheel.
After receiving initial treatment at a local hospital, he was airlifted to Mumbai on January 4th for surgery on torn knee ligaments.
He has now expressed gratitude to the two individuals who helped him get to the hospital following the accident and reported that his surgery was successful.
Pant also took to Twitter to express his gratitude for the two "heroes" who helped him after the accident, and for the outpouring of support and well wishes he has received.
He stated that he is on the road to recovery and is humbled by the support.
The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of staying alert and cautious while driving.
