Copa del Rey | Levante comes from behind against Getafe and wins by three

The meeting that brought together the Getafe team and its host, the Levante team, ended in the King’s Cup of Spain for the current season 2023/2022, as the meeting was held at the Ciudad de Valencia stadium at ten in the evening tonight.

The owners of the land were able to skip the 32nd round of the tournament by winning 3/2 after being late in the first half with a clean goal scored by Mounir El Haddadi in the 34th minute.

Levante equalized in the 52nd minute with a goal scored by Sergo Redondo, before Mounir El Haddadi advanced again for his team in the 56th minute of the second half.

Levante players turned the tables on Getafe when they scored two equalizing goals in the 62nd minute through Alex Muñoz, and the positive tie continued with two goals for each team until the last moments.

Before the final whistle blew, Wesley fired the coup de grace, with a goal he scored in the first minute of stoppage time, to win Levante by three goals to two, and pass the round of 32.
